Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement : Act as the primary liaison, building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers. Crew Dispatching : Coordinate and dispatch operational crews to project sites, ensuring efficiency and readiness. Local Recruitment : Assist in recruiting qualified local personnel, with a focus on aligning candidates with project needs and fostering community engagement. Project Oversight : Work closely with teams to guarantee the successful and timely completion of projects.
