This is a grant funded position with funding secured through June 30, 2026.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Grant Administrator is responsible for oversight and direction of all activities required of the 10,000 Small Businesses program in NH, including but not limited to grant management, staffing, partner outreach, scholar recruitment, service delivery, curriculum delivery and alumni management. The Executive Director reports to the Director of Workforce Development.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with major study in business administration, education, human resources management, or other related field.
Experience
Six years’ experience related to program / event planning, admissions recruitment, resource development, or related activity. Must have supervisory experience.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated program management experience in a higher education environment; Demonstrated experience managing grants and / or grant-funded programs; Demonstrated advanced Project Management skills. Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft : Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Possess excellent editing / proofreading skills. Possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
License / Certification
Possession of a valid Driver’s License or access to statewide transportation.
