Job Description
As a Customer Advocacy Marketer for ShareGate, you will amplify customer success into powerful storytelling and strategic marketing initiatives. You will partner directly with users to uncover wins, craft compelling narratives, and build advocacy programs that support awareness, pipeline growth, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
A Typical Week
You’ll spend time identifying and nurturing customer advocates, interviewing users for case studies and testimonials, and managing review programs like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to align customer stories with go‑to‑market efforts and measure the impact of advocacy campaigns. From brainstorming creative formats to managing content production, every week will bring a mix of strategy, storytelling, and execution.
Team Environment
You’ll report to the Manager, Customer Marketing – ShareGate and work alongside a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager. Together, you’ll form a small but mighty team focused on ShareGate’s customer lifecycle and advocacy. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to fuel customer success and long‑term growth.

From case studies and community initiatives to peer reviews and customer showcases, your work will play a critical role in strengthening ShareGate's brand, credibility, and category leadership.
