Senior Business Analyst – 12-Month Contract – (City)

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to a 12-month contract in the supply chain industry . This role focuses on third-party tooling analysis, contract lifecycle management, and master data management , ensuring optimal efficiency of supply chain platforms.

Responsibilities :

  • Define business requirements for integrations, data management, and backend product work
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business needs
  • Analyze product usability, performance tradeoffs, and process gaps
  • Facilitate testing and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Support tech debt analysis and product fit-gap assessments

Must-Have Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Supply chain and category management experience
  • Expertise in contract lifecycle management and vendor / product research
  • Strong understanding of point-to-point integrations and backend product work
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps and SaaS platforms

    • Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

  • Experience with iValua, SpecRight, Esko WebCenter, JDE, CSA, SIM
  • Business Analysis certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP)
  • Experience with Jira, Monday, or Trello for task management
