Job descriptionDescription : KBE Engineer - Knowledge Based Engineer (KBE). Responsibilities include creating CAD (Catia / NX) parametric math models for commodities using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques. Position requires extensive knowledge of Catia / NX modeling and an extensive background developing / packaging / synthesizing complex vehicle systems. Additional responsibilities include dictating architecture and construction techniques, creating master development / packaging / requirement sections, defining master template modeling structures, and training other Catia / NX engineers on modeling techniques, architecture. Requirements :
HYBRID ROLE. Occasional trips to the US for meetings (- times per month). Occasional trips to Brampton and Mexico as needed.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Mechanical). + Years of CAD modeling with Siemens NX + Years of Robust Modeling with Siemens NX + Years of Parametric CAD Modeling with Siemens NX + Years of Body in White (Automotive) Engineering Experience Strong English Speaking skills Strong Engineering Design Project Presentation skills required Preferred Requirements : + Years of Body in White and / or Closures CAD Engineering experience. + years of body experience + Years of CAD Parametric Modeling with Seimens NX
