Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Pest Technician will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of a variety of businesses, including residential homes. They identify pest problems, choose an effective approach to eradicate pests and provide recommendations to prevent future infestation. You will also be required to build new business through sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source, including pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and other pest control methods.
• Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities.
• Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants, pesticides and power spraying equipment, including wearing protective gear guidelines.
• Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner.
• Address customer needs and optimize their program on-site.

\$42,000 – \$56,000 (Position qualifies for incentive bonus and commission on top of base salary). This position is not an existing vacancy within our organization.
