WHO YOU ARE
As an Executive Assistant at Bain & Company, you will provide high-level administrative support to a team of senior leaders based in Montréal and across Canada and the US. This role involves calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, time and expense reporting, and preparation of presentations and correspondence. You will work collaboratively with other Executive and Manager Assistants in a hybrid environment to ensure effective and seamless support for Bain’s leadership. Frequent communication, collaboration, and teamwork are key to success in this role. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three full in-office days per week, set in consultation with your program manager and kept consistent week to week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will support three leadership team members and contribute to broader office and firm initiatives. This is a full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week) with occasional overtime.
