Senior Product Manager – Digital Health Platform

We are excited to share an opportunity for an open role in the insurance industry, available with our client. This dynamic position focuses on strategic initiatives within the digital health platform space, offering the potential for professional growth and significant industry impact.

What is in it for you :

  • Salaried : $85 to $95 per hour.
  • Incorporated Business Rate : $104 to $114 per hour.
  • 3-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
  • Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
  • Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Hybrid work : 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive delivery of health platform partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with current partners and establish new alliances to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize the health platform partnership roadmap.
  • Lead the integration and ongoing development of the Digital Health Platform to ensure scalability and a seamless user experience.
  • Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to craft cross-functional strategies for platform services.
  • Develop and implement detailed execution and integration plans with enterprise-wide teams and external partners.
  • Provide thought leadership in identifying opportunities and key players within the health ecosystem.
  • Ensure a data-driven approach to enhancing digital customer experiences.
  • What you will need to succeed :

  • University degree required; an MBA or engineering background is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital product partnerships, platform development, or integration roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of platform services, integrations, and architecture.
  • Proven success in scaling services and implementing solutions.
  • High financial acumen and strong business orientation.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to senior leadership.
