Sr. Data Scientist (remote)

Lead end-to-end ML development, from data exploration and feature engineering to production deployment

Partner with stakeholders to define and solve high-impact business problems

Apply rigorous scientific methods to test, validate, and scale models

Deploy production-grade ML solutions within a fintech / insurtech ecosystem

Support the launch of new AI-driven product offerings and global expansion

Ensure models meet security, reliability, and compliance standards

Mentor and collaborate across teams to strengthen AI and domain expertise

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of data science experience with full lifecycle ownership
• Strong Python / R, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
• Cloud deployment and MLOps experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts
• Exposure to insurance or financial services preferred
