Position Description :

The Brokerage Digital Marketing Technology team is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated subject matter expert for the delivery, onboarding, usage optimization and ongoing support of next-generation digital marketing solutions. We currently support the Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target and Audience Manager). However, leading digital solutions continue to be added to our martech ecosystem, in order to deliver the best multi-channel experience to our customers.

The candidate will contribute in defining the martech roadmap, activating the digital solutions and laying the building blocks to ensure internal stakeholders deliver engaging customer online experiences. In addition, they will engage with solution vendors in order to strengthen the partnership and ensure ongoing support.

The tools span :

The subject matter expert will represent the ETS team as a technology expert in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager and participate as a thought leader in helping adopt and standardize digital marketing best practices as well as shared services and reference implementations around them in Brokerage.

In addition, the candidate will be involved in the complete lifecycle of the projects and will therefore be involved in the engineering, installation, integration, administration and support of the product and infrastructure required for the underlying projects.
