Job Description
We are currently hiring reliable and safety-focused Material Handlers to join our client’s manufacturing team. These hands‑on roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced industrial environment and have experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes. You’ll play an important role in supporting production, preparing materials, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and safely.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret work orders, bar lists, and tags
- Tag, bundle, and prepare finished materials for shipping or storage
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Receive, organize, and stage materials for production
- Package and label products for customer delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory and production records
- Support shipping, dispatch, and other service centre functions as needed

High school diploma or equivalentExperience in material handling, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environmentsHands‑on experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes (certification an asset)Ability to read blueprints, bar lists, and work ordersPhysically able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindsetTeam players with good communication skillsAble to pass a criminal background check, medical exam, and drug screeningWorking Conditions
