We’ve partnered with a well-established contractor in the Greater Toronto Area that has been delivering industrial,mercial, and institutional projects for decades. Known for their collaborative approach andmitment to quality, they manage a diverse portfolio of builds and offer full-service solutions from design through construction. With a major four-year project underway on the east side of the GTA, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.

Your new roleAs Senior Project Manager, you will be based on-site in Pickering, Ontario and oversee all aspects of project delivery. You’ll work closely with site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating RFIs and change orders, and leading meetings with stakeholders. You will also ensurepliance with health and safety standards, monitor quality control, and manage closeout activities such asmissioning and turnover.

What you’ll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience managing full-cycle ICI construction projects, with a proven track record on builds ranging from $2M to $50M+. A strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and contract structures is essential, along with proficiency in tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. You’ll need exceptionalmunication and leadership skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
