We are a family based in Russell, Ontario, currently looking for a dedicated and caring nanny to join us. This is a live-out, part-time position that offers flexible working hours. We are offering competitive pay of $20-23 per hour.

Experience is less important than being present, engaged, and ready to have fun while supporting an adult with level one autism in building skills toward life goals. She loves socializing with her friends and thrives in a predictable, safe environment. She is a wonderful helper and enjoys caring for others.

Our daughter would like to organize an outing every second Friday with her friend, who also has a disability. During the week, they share the same worker and everything works very well.

Duties include bringing our adult child to activities such as singing, tutoring, gymnastics, or the gym, supporting outings, and occasional overnight care (not necessary).

Possessing a valid CPR certification is a must, as the safety and well-being of our children is our top priority. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and enjoys engaging with children.
