Responsibilities :
Maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with internal and external contacts.Responding to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely and courteous manner.Order entry, confirming charges for invoicing, and receipt entry for 4PL partner warehouses.Collaborating and sharing responsibilities with co-workers to meet client needs and service level agreements.Assisting with customer mailings and other communications as required.Requirements :
