Our Client is a respected mid-size firm based in Downtown Toronto. They are currently seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join their growing team.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 4 years experience with a Bay Street firm and be familiar with purchase and sale of businesses, franchising, and commercial leasing. You must be able to work independently or under the direction of senior lawyers as part of an established and growing team. You should have excellent communication skills; and appreciate the importance of providing outstanding, cost effective and responsive legal services to clients. To succeed you must be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
