Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Robert Half is working with a client seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will focus on attracting, sourcing, and securing top-tier talent for technical and senior leadership roles in North America. This role blends strategy and innovation with strong collaboration across hiring teams, leveraging data, analytics, and AI-driven tools to optimize the recruitment process. Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to create and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract top candidates.Utilize AI-based insights and analytics to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment strategies.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.Source candidates using passive methods, social media, job boards, and professional networks.Conduct initial interviews and pre-screening assessments.Maintain a detailed pipeline of candidates and recruitment activity records.Stay up to date on industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance recruitment practices.Deliver market intelligence and align hiring strategies with business objectives.Evaluate and refine recruitment programs and processes for greater efficiency.Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment-focused projects.Attend career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition forums.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience recruiting for technical and senior leadership roles, ideally within the software industry.Strong knowledge of IT/Digital recruitment processes and methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology tools.Familiarity with Canadian employment laws and regulations is preferred.Experience managing high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.Proven track record of hiring candidates for technical and leadership positions.Certified Human Resources Professional (CPHR) designation is a plus.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
