I am looking for an experienced house cleaner, with 2-3 work references, to help me keep my home clean.
Good time management and attention to detail are important.
I offer $25.00 per hour to a cleaner who is available to do bi-weekly cleaning sessions.
I prefer Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, especially appointments available between 9 : 00AM- 3 : 00PM.
The housekeeper will be primarily responsible for cleaning surfaces and furnishings in living room, dining room, primary, secondary and occasionally a third bedroom, hallways; sanitizing bathrooms fixtures and floor, woodwork and switch plates, door handles, and sills; rotating tasks include wipe down of kitchen surfaces and appliances; garbage and recycling to bins,. Tasks include vacuuming and wet wipe dusting / polishing a variety of surfaces such as desk, chairs and soft furnishings, wood and glass tables; vacuuming and washing floors, including 2 bedrooms and hallways; rotating tasks include wet wiping door handles, switch plates and sills, windows, walls, to be discussed per appointment. There are two levels in our home so some tasks will rotate between these levels, or a longer appointment may be booked to include cleaning both levels. Potential carpet cleaning of main level and stairs if you have experience.
I provide vacuum, bags / filters, buckets, mops, cloths, cleaning products. I appreciate efficient knowledge of working independently to a plan, and welcome questions to clarify tasks.
