We’re looking for an experienced Software Development Manager (SDM) who combines strong technical and analytical capabilities with a proven ability to deliver results quickly and effectively. In this role, you will lead a talented team of engineers to build scalable, customer‑facing software products through iterative, data‑driven development. You will act as both a strategic operator and an execution‑focused leader, ensuring the on‑time delivery of high‑quality, differentiated solutions that create measurable impact. You’ll also be a strong people leader, capable of mentoring and scaling a high‑performing engineering team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Strategy and Execution

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of key projects, ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, and scalability.
• Drive engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle, including design reviews, code quality, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Use data and metrics to inform decisions, prioritize work, and continuously improve solutions.
• Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term system health, advocating for reduced technical debt and strategic architecture improvements.
