About the Role :

As a Virtual Recruiter, you will be responsible for actively recruiting child care staff, managing and maintaining the interview process and onboarding staff to meet the demands of Sentient’s continual growth in markets across Ontario.

The role is dedicated to fulfilling talent management for the following roles :

• Supply / On-Call Staff
• Short to Long-Term Contract Staff

Reports to : Talent Manager

Contract Length : 6 months

Part-Time : 10-15 hours per week

Hourly Rate : $18.00 + Commission
