We are a growing excavation company looking for a lead excavation foreman to work directly with the owner and take charge of day to day field operations. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organizing work on site, and leading projects from start to finish

The Ideal candidate is experienced in excavation and utility work, comfortable making decisions in the field, and capable of managing jobs, equipment, and people with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead and organize daily field operations across multiple project types, including : Pool construction, playground installation, water and sewer line work, Trail and site development.
• Read plans, layouts, and grades; ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate materials, equipment and job sequencing
• Operate excavation and support equipment as needed
• Trouble shoot problems in the field and adjust plans as conditions change
• Maintain jobsite safetey and ensure compliance with regulations
• Communicate clearly with the owner, crew members, inspectors, and clients
• Lead by Example and help train less experienced crew members
