Responsibilities

Providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Coordinating schedules, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.

Assisting with onboarding and documentation for new team members.

Preparing and organizing reports, work orders, and invoices.

Managing communications between field staff, supervisors, and management.

Ordering and tracking supplies and equipment to ensure teams have what they need.

Supporting compliance with safety and regulatory requirements by organizing training records and certifications.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and adaptability to new systems.

Effective communication skills to connect with both office and field staff.

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, especially in a blue-collar industry, is a strong asset.
