Our client is looking for a Records Clerk to join their team for a contract role in Calgary, Alberta. This position focuses on formatting and finalizing policy manuals, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high-quality presentation. Strong document formatting, editing skills, and written English are essential.

Responsibilities :

• Format, finalize, and consolidate policy manuals to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Edit and proofread documents to meet brand and style guidelines.
• Apply standardized formatting, including headers, footers, and tables of contents.
• Use Microsoft Word for advanced formatting and table creation.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies in layout, terminology, and style.
• Collaborate with team members to review and refine content.
• Complete all documents accurately and within required timelines.
