Application Process

We review all applications and schedule interviews in three stages : First Interview – 45 min with HR, Second Interview – 60 min with Resort Manager and GM, Final Interview – 60 min with VP of People & Culture. After interviews, an onsite visit to Tofino will occur to meet the team and tour the kitchen.
