Job Title : Order Desk Clerk

Responsibilities :
- Assist all customers quickly and professionally providing exemplary customer service
- Key / process customer orders received via phone, email, fax or in person, providing customer follow up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
- Actively participate and engage in on-going product knowledge training sessions
- Ensure accurate billing and balance the daily transactions
- Ordering replenishment product as required
- Various clerical tasks
- Maintain merchandising and stock shelves
- General housekeeping
- Pick / fill orders as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Minimum – years of order desk experience working in the food / manufacturing industryStrong negotiation and relationship building skills, problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented, flexible and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time-management and organizational skills, multitaskingTime management skills, able to prioritize, capable of working under pressureProfessional appearance with a drive for creating an exceptional customer experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTeam player with the ability to collaborate with other team members and maintain a positive work environmentMicrosoft Word & ExcelStrong attention-to-detailPunctual and dependableIf you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
