You’ll collaborate with major Québec enterprises to modernize processes, streamline operations, and implement best practices inplex environments. Your New Role We’re looking for a Business Process Consultant (BPC) for an initial 6‑month engagement, with a strong possibility of extension. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze, map, and optimize business processes, particularly around the ServiceNow ecosystem. You’ll facilitate AS‑IS / TO‑BE workshops, capture and refine requirements, produce clear documentation (gap analyses, process flows, specifications, user stories), and support teams through backlog management, UAT, and continuous improvement initiatives.You may be engaged on programs with major Québec clients such as Desjardins, Bombardier, and Hydro‑Québec (depending on project assignments).

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 3–5+ years in business analysis or process consulting
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow (ITSM modules and best practices)
• Strong track record facilitating workshops and delivering process maps (AS‑IS / TO‑BE)
• Excellentmunication with both business and technical audiences
• Hands‑on documentation skills : specifications, gap analyses, diagrams, user stories
• Bilingual : functional French for meetings / workshops; strong English for documentation
• Nice to have : ITIL v4, ServiceNow CSA, CIS‑ITSM
