Human Resources Coordinator

Cahill is currently recruiting Human Resources Coordinators. The ideal candidate is a dynamic HR professional who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every aspect of their work. They excel at fostering strong relationships, balancing competing priorities, and handling complex HR matters with confidence and discretion. With a strong grasp of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and legislative compliance, they approach each challenge with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Position Details

• We’re hiring two HR Coordinators :
• 1 Full-Time, Permanent Role
• 1 Parental Leave Replacement (18–20 months)
• Hybrid Position
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

The full‑time role includes HR functional support across the Cahill Group and the Residence at Littledale, seniors’ living facility, tailoring their approach to effectively meet the unique needs and dynamics of each environment.
