Onedot is a dynamic company specializing in event production and design. We combine visual creativity and technical expertise to craft immersive and unforgettable experiences. Our passionate team transforms unique concepts into outstanding realizations, creating impressive visual productions and innovative technical installations.

We are looking for a creative and methodical employee to design, develop, and implement automations, API integrations, and custom workflows in the Asana application. You will work within a dynamic team to optimize our clients’ operational processes and ensure a smooth and efficient use of the platform.

RESPONSABILITIES

Design and develop automation and integration solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

Translate business processes into optimized workflows in Asana.

Ensure consistency and efficiency of workflows between Asana and other tools.

Maintain and optimize existing solutions to improve productivity.

Collaborate with product, operations, and client teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide training, guidance, and technical support to users.

PRINCIPALTASKS

Create and customize project templates, custom fields, rules, and dynamic reports.

Develop automations via the Asana API, scripts, and third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script).

Integrate Asana with other tools (CRM, messaging, cloud storage, tracking tools, etc.).

Test, document, and maintain developed integrations and automations.

Keep up to date with new Asana features and project management best practices.

Propose creative and simple solutions to complex problems.

QUALITIESREQUIRED

Experience with the Asana API or similar REST APIs.

Strong knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, Workato).

Basic knowledge of project management and collaborative tools.

Strong listening skills and deep understanding of business processes.

Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Creativity in proposing simple solutions to complex problems.

Autonomy and proactivity.

Asana certification or advanced experience with the platform.

Knowledge of SaaS tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.).

Ability to work in a team and share knowledge.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
