We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Door Opening Solutions Group.
This is a full-time position reporting to the local Branch Operations Supervisor.
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, moving, storing, staging, and shipping doors and door hardware.
Working closely with the Material Handling Lead, this position ensures materials are prepared, packaged, and delivered accurately and on time to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, package, and label shipments in accordance with industry standards Accurately maintain inventory records using company software, handheld devices, and required documentation Prepare and package door hardware, wood doors, steel doors, and frames for installation, delivery, or customer pickup Perform regular inventory counts and stock verification Sort stock materials from project-specific materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Safely operate hand tools and mechanical / motorized equipment (including box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks, forklifts, drills, saws, etc.) — training provided Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in a shipping and receiving or warehouse role Forklift and pallet jack experience considered an asset Ability to read and interpret order slips accurately Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills (written and verbal) Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs High School Diploma or GED Powered by JazzHR
