Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant - Peoples Jewellers - Medicine Hat Mall - Medicine Hat, AB

Peoples Jewellers is hiring SEASONAL, PART-TIME, and FULL-TIME team members! We also have a NEW Concierge position for the holiday season. Join us to provide excellent customer service, operational standards, and compliance, creating a Customer First culture by managing customer traffic, queues, and store administration to ensure safety, security, and efficiency.

Your role:

1. Provide a superior experience to our valued customers by engaging in conversations to understand their needs and desires.
2. Present merchandise and share detailed product features and benefits.
3. Inform customers about extended service plans and financing options.
4. Achieve individual and team sales goals.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A passion for helping customers celebrate special moments.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
