In 2023, Sandpiper broadened its investment mandate to include acquiring mid-market Canadian businesses across various industries. This initiative led to the successful closing of our first acquisition under this vertical in December 2024.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Research Associate will assist members of the Investment Team to conduct research and analysis on real estate investment opportunities as well as our mid-market investment mandate. The Research Associate will also provide support to the Investment Team on due diligence, valuations, and the preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders. The Research Associate position is a developmental role with candidates expected to become an Analyst on the Investment Team upon the demonstration of consistent exemplary performance.
We are looking for a highly motivated and intellectually curious candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and superior analytical skills. We enjoy working with quick learners who thrive on diving deep into new topics and challenges.

SALARY RANGE
$60,000 to $70,000 annually and a performance-based bonus
