Responds to requests for advice and opinions on the interpretation of tax laws, conducts the necessary research and develops hypotheses for solutions.- Assists the Tax Manager in servicing and dealing with clients regarding company formation, incorporation, transfer, purchase or sale, financing, expansion projects, etc. Reviews and analyzes corporate financial information and conducts tax planning. Develops financial and tax assumptions.- Reviews and prepares tax returns. Identifies potential planning- Assists clients with business reorganizations, financing, purchase or sale of a business.- Prepares notices of objection and leads discussions with tax authorities- Communicates with clients on various Canadian tax issues- Advises clients on the tax implications of operations and transactions, and indicates appropriate action to be taken- Drafts service offers under the supervision of his superior- Collaborates with agro-economists, notaries, account managers or investment brokers to optimize tax impacts- Prepares files and ensures follow-up. Takes the necessary steps and makes the necessary representations- Prepares the documents required to invoice clients for services rendered.
