As a Work from Home Registered Nurse for Tele-Care, you will enjoy the benefits of a flexible work environment that enhances both comfort and productivity. In this position, you will provide compassionate patient interactions over the phone, tele-triage conditions such as headaches, chest pain, injuries, and mental health issues. Utilizing our clinical solution software, you will assess symptoms, document cases, and offer health care advice while adhering to safety protocols. Your calm voice and practical advice will boost patients' confidence.

Join our supportive team where nurses help patients and each other, with a comprehensive 6‑week full‑time training program that includes virtual classes, self‑directed learning, and on‑the‑job training. Enjoy the flexibility of varying shifts in our 24/7 operation, choosing between five 8‑hour or four 10‑hour shifts per week.

Qualifications

• You currently reside in Canada.
• You have a degree or diploma in Nursing with at least one (1) year of post‑registration clinical experience, preferably in acute care.
• Registered with the NANB and the province where you live.
• Have a passion for helping patients.
• You will also need strong communication, triage and critical‑thinking skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work and study independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous call centre experience is considered an asset.
• A desk, comfortable chair, access to a quiet home office space, high‑speed internet, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply.

This role may involve the use of approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support day‑to‑day tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance decision‑making. Examples may include automated workflows, data‑supported recommendations, drafting or summarization tools, or candidate/employee interaction tools (as applicable to the role).
