We are currently representing a reputable Marketing agency who are looking to expand their account services team with this position.
As an Account Manager, you will use your marketing expertise : analytical, communication and relationship building skills to provide superior client service, research and market analysis. You will persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your clients and understand how our offerings can grow their business.
The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing operations, strong communication and project management skills, and a passion for television and media.
Account Manager
Responsibilities : -
- 3+ more years of experience in marketing operations or account management, preferably within the media and entertainment industry
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and projects
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Serve as primary team interface with client marketing managers.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills needed and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among participants
- Contributes to and leads new business efforts when appropriate.
- Detailed-oriented and extremely organized
- Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating a strong ability to pivot and adjust strategies in response to evolving team dynamics and project requirements
- Proficient in Veeva and Microsoft Office with a strong willingness to explore new systems that drive automation and operational efficiencies
