Materials Management / Supply Chain Manager

A community-focused hospital in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced Materials Management / Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, inventory, and supply operations across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost-effective, reliable supply flow that supports clinical teams and patient care. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this leader will partner closely with department heads and hospital leadership.

What Were Looking for

✔️ Direct experience in inventory operations (Central Supply, Inventory Coordination, or similar)
✔️ Progressive experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist
✔️ Strong working knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
✔️ Experience leading buyers and inventory teams
✔️ A leader who can coach staff and implement improved, more efficient processes
✔️ 3+ years of supply chain leadership experience (at least 5+ years in healthcare required)
