About Your Next Challenge as a Lead, Engineering Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced systems engineer with experience in delivering engineering solutions to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the engineering organization to streamline the design, development and related processes, including metrics reporting. You will work closely with engineering discipline leaders to understand, optimize and automate processes and reporting. This position has significant visibility with senior leadership and other functions.

What Will You Do

• Support the engineering team to produce engineering metrics aligning to business KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to improve our products and processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.
• Collaborate on optimal growth with business development, program management and senior management teams; communicate within and outside the organization to influence leadership to adopt new practices, approaches, and concepts.
• Act as an advisor to supervisors or staff to ensure that deadlines are met and that technical or operational constraints are resolved.
• Influence the smooth running of programs and projects through continuous improvement, accountability for quality and data analysis.
• Champion new concepts or technologies, manage the implementation of functional strategies and recommend operational plans that directly affect the short‑to‑mid‑term function or business area results.
