Job descriptionGreet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them appropriately Manage company AP and AR – processing payments Manage inbound customer inquiries (in person, phone, or email) and answer any questions while providing timely and accurate information or directing them to the right staff member Prepare and edit documents, and spreadsheets Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry to ensure accurate client files Maintain accurate records of clients Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring effective communication with team members, clients, and visitors Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills A proactive team player who can also work independently Ability to manage priorities and support multiple team members effectively Experience in QuickBooks and / or Sage
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team in Wetaskiwin. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in providing outstanding service to clients and visitors. If you have a strong background in administrative support and excellent problem-solving skills, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Compensation & Hours :
- The rate of pay will be $18-$20 / hr depending on experience
- Full-time, temporary position
