Job Summary

This position will ensure that the health and safety of all clients are met. The LPN will assist the Registered Nurse with planning, coordinating, and managing the care services and act within the state and federal regulations. The LPN is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and monitoring of direct care service delivery under the direction of the Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily care activities to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.
• Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident.
• Monitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide compassionate support and guidance to residents and their families, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of caregivers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy living environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing compassionate care to elderly residents, ensuring their well‑being and comfort.
• Ability to coordinate and oversee daily care activities, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Proficiency in administering medications and treatments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong communication skills to support and guide residents and their families, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Leadership skills to mentor and inspire a team of caregivers, promoting continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations to ensure compliance and safety in the living environment.

Compensation

$30 - $33 hourly
