As Assistant Manager, Engineering, you’ll be the driving force behind our facility operations, ensuring every system, structure, and space functions flawlessly.

In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily maintenance activities, coordinate technical teams, and serve as acting department head in the Director’s absence. You’ll bring structure and strategy to a fast-paced environment, balancing proactive planning with swift, quality-driven execution.

Your leadership inspires accountability, your technical insight prevents disruption, and your presence ensures calm, safe, and seamless operations across our hotel and residences.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Engineering and Maintenance department.
• Act as department leader in the absence of the Director of Engineering.
• Schedule team members to align with business and operational needs.
• Review daily timesheets, authorize payroll, and manage weekly maintenance schedules.
