As Director of Construction, you will play a pivotal role within the executive team. The company is going through an exciting transformation phase and seeks to integrate external best practices and innovation into its methods. The role is based in Montreal (West Island) or Gatineau, depending on your mobility, and targets a highly technical profile (Engineer or Architect) capable of mentoring a team and navigating complex projects. You will evolve in an environment, specifically in Engineering & Design, where technical rigour is valued as much as strategic vision.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position, as you will interact with various partners, subcontractors, and stakeholders in a dynamic Montreal and national business context. Excellent mastery of French is essential for the daily management of construction sites and teams in Quebec.
