The Program Assistant for prevention programming and services plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of culturally rooted prevention initiatives. This position provides administrative and supports to ensure the effective coordination of cultural activities, workshops, and community events that promote wellness, identity, and traditional knowledge. Working closely with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and program staff, the Program Assistant helps maintain schedules, prepare materials, manage records, and communicate with participants and partners. This role supports the program’s goal of strengthening cultural connection as a pathway to prevention, healing, and community resilience.
