As a Claims Analytics Data Scientist you will contribute to initiatives through clever use of data and complex analysis. You will be responsible for supporting the efficiency increase of the Claims Department. You can be involved in various types of tasks such as data understanding, data extraction, work driver analysis, KPI creation, business case creation and forecasting.

How You Will Create Impact

• Understand operational claims objectives and help them put in place initiatives and objectives that will maximize the unit's efficiency.
• Develop analytic solutions to solve business problems with data science, including using programming, statistical techniques, modelling and forecasting methods.
• Execute the appropriate data exploration, extraction, cleaning, reconciliation, and preparation processes required for the development of analytics solutions.
• Communicate findings and make recommendations to influence claims management decision making.
• Contribute to various projects, such as determining work drivers, developing and testing KPIs, and providing support for business cases.
