Who we are looking for :

The Performance Management Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization’s performance management framework. This role ensures alignment between individual, team, and organizational goals, promotes a high-performance culture, and enables managers and employees to achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the organization’s performance management strategy and annual performance cycles.
• Assess and analyze each employee's performance data to identify strengths and areas of improvement and develop a performance improvement plan accordingly.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for each department aligned with business objectives.
• Lead performance review processes, including quarterly and annual evaluations.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees either by conducting one on one meetings or during their quarterly and annual reviews.
• Train managers on effective performance conversations, feedback, and development planning.
• Analyze performance data and trends; provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Integrate performance outcomes with learning, development, succession planning, and rewards.
• Ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance in performance evaluation processes.
