We’re looking for a Performance Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Global Outbound Sales team in Montreal. You will help design, build and optimize our new business strategy with a key focus on outbound performance and lead generation. We are growing our outbound sales teams in North America and Europe and we need a dynamic and data-driven individual to build an evergreen lead generation engine to feed our teams.
What you’ll be doing :
- Understand the total addressable market for our Retail product in North America and Hospitality product in Europe.
- Segment our ideal customer profile businesses and implement a lead scoring system based on the most close-able and highest value businesses
- Build a system of automated sequences and messaging to warm up cold leads or recycled leads
- Supercharge lead gen strategy using AI
- Proactively identify areas of opportunities for our outbound sales teams globally
- Establish feedback loops and partner with Sales team to understand closed won / lost reasons that will drive messaging
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to understand opportunities within the marketplace
- Help Lightspeed grow and close more ICP locations

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following :
5+ years experience in Sales and / or Marketing role (lead gen or prospecting focus) preferably in SaaS settingExperience using AI in current or previous roles and / or a keen interest and passion for exploring the power of AI in SalesExperience using list building software such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay.com, D&BWe know that people are more than what’s on their CV.
