Who You Are :
Technical expert, you have a strong background in calibrating and troubleshooting a variety of test equipment, with a background in electronics and field service.
You are self-motivated and time conscious and understand the importance of meeting deadlines and are committed to completing your work in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer delivery expectations.
Accurate, reliable and enjoy interacting with customers on the job site. You consistently provide precise and timely results, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
You are adaptable and enjoy travelling to various sites. You will be responsible for transporting and working out of a a mobile unit (truck and trailer) for 50% - 75% of your work schedule.
You can work alone and have the capacity to troubleshoot and think critically. You hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
Pressure resilient, you can work efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines without compromising the quality of your work.
What You Will Do :
Calibration and troubleshooting. Perform onsite calibration and troubleshooting of a wide range of test and measurement equipment, including but not limited to Fluke meters, Megger insulation testers, AEMC ductors, Crystal pressure gauges, BW gas detectors, Proto torque wrenches, Omicron relay testers, Vanguard CT testers, HV Inc hi-pots, digital calipers, and gauge blocks.
Data sheet management, create and verify calibration data sheets for technical content and accuracy, adhering to instrument specifications and approved calibration procedures.
Deliver accurate and timely calibration results, maintaining the highest standards of precision.
Manage multiple calibration projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Work under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining the quality and accuracy of your work.
Perform other duties as required to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
