We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP S4 Development Leader for a
10-month contract based in Toronto. Our client, a leading technologypany (client name confidential), is looking for a skilled professional to lead their development team.
Your new role
As the SAP S4 Development Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing and driving the development efforts related to SAP S4 projects. Your responsibilities will include :
- Leading a team of developers, both onshore and offshore.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Managing the end-to-end development life cycle, including code remediation from ECC to S4.
- Ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Participating in client-facing meetings and maintaining strongmunication.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications :
Development Leadership : Proven experience leading development teams, motivating team members, and driving successful project oues.Strong SAP Background : In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, especially S4 HANA.Code Remediation Skills : Ability to migrate code from ECC to S4, ensuringpatibility and optimization.Team Management : Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams.Effectivemunication : Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Collaborative Approach : A team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.What you'll get in return
