What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Maintain a database by associating real estate transactionsValidate and correct data received as necessaryProcess special cases that cannot be automatedAdhere to data entry requirements by following established techniques and proceduresPerform additional tasks of a similar nature as requiredWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
Proficiency with Google Suite and ExcelMust be proficient in English (written and spoken) to support clients outside QuebecMinimum educational requirement : College Diploma DEC in legal techniques (in progress or equivalent)Knowledge of the Quebec land registry is essentialHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
