Full job description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to join our team! The Account Manager / Customer Service Representative is responsible for front facing client management with a focus on maintaining Globe Life AO Nationa l’s high standards for service excellence. The Account Manager / Customer Service Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with sales and excellent communication skills. This role will nurture key relationships with clients and be meticulous with the detailed work involved in managing clients such as tracking policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. Working in concert with Globe Life AO National’s Mentors, the Account Manager / Customer Service Representative will help customers understand their coverage, assist them with any claims if required, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secure system. This is a remote position. Responsibilities Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive business growth. Performance Management : Set clear performance goals for the team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Pipeline Development : Oversee the sales and recruiting pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities Promptly respond to calls, e-mails and mail in a courteous and professional manner, Manage challenging coverage with tact and professionalism. Assist in training and providing support to the junior and intermediate associates. Provide creative solutions to meet the needs of the client. working closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, ensuring their qualifications and promoting sound business solutions. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proven track record of success in sales, with experience managing a team, definite asset Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Computer savvy and proficient with the MS Office Suite of programs, especially Outlook, Excel & Word. A team player with a strong work ethic and excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail including strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize / manage workload under pressure with tight deadlines.
