Client Overview : The Coalition Studio is a Microsoft firstpartydevelopment studio located in Vancouver Canada. They are known fortheir work on the Gears of War franchise and aim to push the limitsof Microsofts entertainment platforms anddevices.

Role Summary : TheProduction Coordinator will support the Production Team indelivering highquality gaming experiences. They will collaboratewith a multidisciplinary team assisting in milestone planningorganizing team activities and ensuring tasks are assignedcorrectly.

4.What are the keyresponsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties :

Support the Production team to meet schedule and deadlinetargets

Update daily reports totrack progress and raise concerns ifnecessary

Assist in milestone andsprint planning

Help withcapacity plan updates and teamonboarding

Ensure work iscaptured organized and assignedaccurately

Facilitate internalmoves and space planning

Coordinate build reviews demos playtests and teamevents

MUSTHave Skills andQualifications :

Excellentorganizational skills and attention todetail

Proficiency in using JIRAand Confluence

Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills

Ability to prioritize workand handle changing priorities

Preferred Skills andQualifications :

Previousexperience in video gameproduction

Familiarity with ExcelPowerpoint and other relevant softwareapplications
