We are currently seeking a motivated and results‑oriented individual for the position of Inside Sales / Purchasing Assistant within our Specialty, Milspec, and Chain Branch, located in Burlington, ON . This is an entry‑level, full‑time, permanent position working Monday–Friday; daytime hours, reporting to the Branch Manager.

Job Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels by product to satisfy future sales requirements while maintaining effective asset control.Prepare complete and accurate documentation pertaining to the purchase and / or revisions of inventory requirements.Be familiar with all relevant suppliers, their product ranges and capabilities, while exploring opportunities with new suppliers for products and services.Coordinate, negotiate and issue proper documentation to satisfactorily settle any claims.Identify and communicate slow‑moving items to prevent sludge.Support Purchasing / Inventory Management for all aspects of the three business units.Support Inside Sales for all three business units.Ensure outstanding customer service by developing rapport with customers and suppliers.Exhibit effective communication and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external customers and suppliers.Job Requirements
Strong customer focus with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask with proven time‑management skills to meet multiple deadlines.Strong analytical, organizational skills.Strong computer skills (specifically MS Excel).Advanced problem‑solving abilities.Preferred
