Job description

IT Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision :

Define the product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value.

Product Development Lifecycle :

Manage the endtoend product lifecycle from concept and requirements gathering to delivery and postlaunch support.

  • Work closely with engineering design and QA teams to ensure product functionality meets specifications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration :

    Act as the primary liaison between business teams technical teams and external partners.

  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment on product objectives and progress.
  • Market Research & Analysis :

    Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.

  • Analyze competitive products and industry trends to keep solutions relevant and cuttingedge.
  • Agile Product Management :

    Define and maintain a wellgroomed product backlog.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of highpriority features and enhancements.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization :

    Define success metrics (KPIs) and monitor product performance postlaunch.

  • Use data analytics tools to measure user engagement identify bottlenecks and inform iterative improvements.
  • Required Skills :

  • Product Management Tools : Proficiency in Jira Trello Confluence or Azure DevOps.
  • Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of IT systems software development and APIs.
  • Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Scrum Kanban or SAFe environments.
  • Data Analysis : Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau Power BI).
  • Documentation : Ability to create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and User Stories.
